We are looking for a business and digital savvy Americas Marketing Head who will be responsible for planning and executing a new highly targeted integrated Enterprise (ENT) Marketing Program for the highly valued clients and prospects by improving awareness and generating new / advancing existing relationships and opportunities. These plans will begin with understanding the current & new group of target accounts, acquiring the right contacts and then leveraging the corporate assets, flows and regional field events to develop new 1:1, 1:few & 1:many integrated digital, email, social, direct mail, geo targeting and event touches by industry and personas. The main goal of this role is helping the ENT team retain and expand clients, accelerate pipeline and revenue - while tracking, reporting and improving the effectiveness of overall marketing across multiple channels.  This position reports to Enterprise GM ENT Americas, and partners with ENT leadership team & Regional Marketing.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute highly targeted data-driven marketing campaigns and activities that successfully inform, engage and generate awareness for both current clients & verticals and new target verticals/whale accounts – moving them effectively through the buyer’s journey to accelerate expansion, pipeline and revenue. 
  • Understand the corporate campaign assets available today and develop new ones to leverage and create customized ABM programs, activities and campaigns, demand gen nurture campaigns and tailored value propositions and marketing strategies.
  • Organize tribal knowledge & research for each target account, to plan and execute multiple multi-channel marketing campaigns simultaneously with concise, emotive, and compelling messages.
  • Orchestrate resources across organization and broader marketing groups to maximize integrated efforts and support the united shared goals.
  • Interface with CS, Sales & Sales Ops to compile contacts from databases for the targeted accounts and fill contact gaps by leveraging contact vendors.
  • Plan and launch Client Councils / Advisory Boards for key industry verticals.
  • Build out a biz dev / lead generation program for sales team (e.g. BDR/ADR).
  • Act as a key liaison to sales, account management, product & marketing teams.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the CS & Sales team ensuring alignment on campaigns/initiatives, funnel optimization and timely lead follow-up.
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors supporting team efforts.
  • Track lead flow, forecast, track and manage budgeted expenses for reporting and billing; report weekly/monthly on the status of all activities and results.
 

Qualifications:

  • The ambition to build & scale a targeted integrated Enterprise Marketing program.
  • Demonstrable expertise and proven track record developing marketing programs incorporating events, contact acquisition, email, direct mail, events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking for current clients and new prospects – by account and vertical.
  • Experience with ABM targeting, segmentation, list acquisition, & tailored value propositions.
  • Strategic marketer who is curious, passionate, inquisitive and proactive - driving ideas and innovation to improve / produce high quality contact experiences.
  • Previous use of digital tools available to leverage for ABM – such as HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Eloqua, SFDC and Engagio experience highly desired.
  • Must have grit and be a people-person with keen emotional intelligence and relentlessly high standards. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Strong project management process and able to simultaneously manage multiple programs – all to accomplish a common goal.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a B2B demand generation, ABM or campaign role and experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant education/experience.
  • Based in NY (will consider Chicago, or San Mateo)
  • Experience working with a geographical dispersed team
  • Ability to travel 20%
