Under the statement "Better Mobile Experience, The Best Quality Life.", It is a department that develops and manages Rakuten Mobile stores nationwide to provide high-quality mobile communication services to consumers at a reasonable price . It is a growing department that is rapidly expanding, and it oversees Rakuten's core business and its real department.

 

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the back office including nationwide shop deployment, agency support, logistics to support sales activities.

  • Organization size subordinate: 10 people or more
  •  New shops · Logistics services related to existing shops (Device, fixtures, etc.)
  •  General affairs related business required for store management
  •  Management of contract documents and others accompanying introduction of new services
  • Improvement of communication environment at stores
  •  Management of systems etc. necessary for back office operation
 
Required Qualifications 
  • Experience led team for more than 2 years
  • Back office, or logistics experience 
  • Experience or knowledge related to general affairs
  •  Communication collaboration with sales department
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience working in communication carriers and communication agents (logistics department) 
  •  Understanding of IT and system related development
  • Finance
