The IT Financial Management Section is responsible for managing finance information to optimize IT investments as the Financial Team in Technology Organization. We are currently searching for Data Processing Staff who will collect and manage IT finance information. 


This position will be responsible for optimizing business processes in the organization which should collaborate with the following Task teams, including planning, management, improvement, and adjustment with internal/external teams.

  • IT Cost Forecasting
  • IT Asset Management
  • IT Budget Management
  • IT Budget Management

This position will also be assigned to work on budget planning tasks for the overall Technology organization.


Organization Responsibilities:

  • IT Budget Planning and BvA Management for Overall Technology Organization
  • IT Financial Information of Analytics and Reporting to Management Layer
  • IT Investment Control, collaborating with business side  
  • Provide accurate IT Cost Forecasting for short/mid/long term
  • Financial and Accounting work for Overall Technology Organization

Responsibilities:

【Business Process Coordination】
  • Process Improvement/Restructuring
    • Existing Issue hearing and identification
    • Process making, propose and adjustment with stakeholder
  • Process Change Management
    • Adjustment with teams under the organization for implementation
    • To define/organize the business process for system implementation.
    • Adjustment with teams without the organization for implementation

【IT Budget Planning】
  • IT Budget Planning
    • Planning and executing Budget planning policy
    • Collecting future budget plan information collaboration with Overall Technology Organization
    • Data Management in Budget Planning System
    • Support Budget planning of kind of technology organization
    • Prioritization the budget of Overall Technology Organization

Stakeholders:

Stakeholders you will communicate with are mainly internal (as listed below) but there are also cases where you will communicate with external positions such as Auditors.


  • CIO, CFO
  • Executive in Technology organization
  • Technology organization Member(Especially Manager and Development Project Leader) 
  • Corporate Administration Division
  • Business Administration Division
  • Corporate Finance and Accounting Division
  • Overseas subsidiaries (Finance and Accounting, Corporate Administration)

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Logical thinking abilities, and can understand the required output by themselves
  • A positive person who is willing to absorb new things while responding flexibly to changes
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and is able to do everything by themselves
  • Those who can oversee the organization's mission and strategy by themselves and can actively work to maximize results 
  • Those who repeatedly take on challenges for work and new initiatives that exceed their assigned job responsibilities
  • Always searching for better methods and mechanisms to improve the organization without giving up on the current situation
  • Basic Knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting
  • Japanese/English Language skill to communicate, discuss and negotiate with domestic and international stakeholders (Japanese: native level; English: TOEIC score over 900)
  • Documentation skills to make Business Processes using Excel and PowerPoint
  • More than 3 years' experience in Data Processing, using Excel and/or Access
  • Team Leader in an Administration and Planning Division in a Technology organization/corporate administration division
  • More than 5 years' experience in Business Process Restructuring
  • More than 3 years' experience in Budget Planning under the Technology Organization/Business 
  • More than 7 years' experience in administration and Planning Division in a technology organization; Financial Accounting in Business Company; or corporate administration division in Business Company 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Degree
  • More than 5 years' experience as a consultant for Business Strategy/General (especially IT) area
  • Manager experience for Administration and Planning Division in a technology organization
  • Manager experience for corporate administration division in a business company
