We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with technical experience and / or aptitude to guide new products from conception to launch, including business validation, goal setting, and tactical planning & execution. Required Skills and Experience

              Understanding of the technical architecture of complex web applications

              Experience working in an Agile development environment

              Be data driven. Know how you’re measuring success before you start a project. Experience demonstrating success in a quantifiable fashion.

•              Experience taking a product from an idea to customer-facing release + iterating beyond MVP

•              Experience scaling products globally as well as scaling products beyond Beta phase

              Experience working with clients and business stakeholders to define project scope

              Experience writing requirement specifications & acceptance criteria

              Experience working on multiple products/projects in parallel

              Experience with real-time advertising technology ecosystem

              Experience with dual-sided, marketplace-type platforms

              Experience with advertising order management systems

              Understanding of low-latency transactional systems at scale

              Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising

              Experience working with contractors and globally distributed teams

              Works well independently, but understands that it takes a team to deliver

              Ability to communicate ideas using flow charts, wireframes and mock ups

              Highly organized and detail oriented

              Ability to learn new systems and software on the job

              Strong analytical skills

              Logical thinking & approach to problem solving

•              Strong written & verbal communication; strong presentation & interpersonal skills

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

              BS degree in a computer-oriented technical discipline or equivalent experience.

              Experience building or supporting enterprise-level applications

              Advanced Data Manipulation - Advanced Excel, SQL, or similar

              Experience with web analytics (Omniture or Google Analytics)

              Experience with Project Management - Track delivery of tasks for each story to ensure overall timeliness of the effort.

              Experience working with downstream partners to create Standard Operation Procedures

              Familiarity with the affiliate industry or online marketing

•              Experience with artificial intelligence / machine learning concepts
