Rakuten TV is looking for a Content & Marketing Coordinator in charge of the Nordics & Poland market.

Responsibilities


Business Continuity:
  • Daily functional testing of Rakuten TV apps on specific devices
  • Maintain database about Rakuten TV app performance on specific devices
  • Reporting of any issues found to the central Product team
Partnership:
  • Lead Partner relations: Manufacturers & Telcos: meet regularly with partners and build shared marketing & project plans
  • Coordinate actions between Local and Central Team
  • Identify new opportunities (Brand, MG Recoup or Revenue driven) and highlight marketing opportunities to CCM supporting their co-op marketing discussions with Studios
  • Review campaign performance for best practice
Content:
  • Maintain planning documents for new releases coming to Rakuten TV
  • Planning library promotions and editorial lists
  • Preparing filters
  • Competitor benchmarks (e.g. checking prices, promotions, stores)
  • Ensure that relevant planning tools are maintained to help co-ordinate activities
  • Support CCM in maintaining the Content Roadmap and communicating all top NR, 4K news to PR
  • Support the CCM in checking prices with studios to ensure updated pricing is realistic to competitor landscape and engage with Studios when required, envisioning a more effective WSP/MFPB
  • Review market data to meet MGs and coverage of suppliers
Marketing:
  • Support central team with local translations of relevant marketing materials
  • Chase content providers for approvals of marketing materials
  • Work with local partners to ensure all copy in advertising is approved by Rakuten TV and aligned to the communication strategy
  • Store checks to ensure 3rd party advertising activity is executed as per agreed plans
  • Coordinate the implementation of any actions/campaigns with partners including preparing briefs for creative materials, coordinating with design, checking changes with partners, checking operational and business performance, reportings.


Requirements


• 1 or more years of experience in a similar position withing the Nordics markets

• Experience and knowledge of the VOD sector 

• Fluent level of English
