【Position Summary】
As the cross-border EC market rapidly grows in China, Cross Border Trading (CBT) business to China of Rakuten becomes one of the key business domain for further growth of Rakuten's EC business.
The mission of this position is to deliver the attractive product from Japan to customers in China mainland and to empower Japanese companies and economics.

This position will have the opportunity to develop and execute the strategy for consumer product procurement for Rakuten China's own cross-border stores on the Chinese platforms.

【Responsibilities】
Planning and executing procurement and merchandizing of consumer products for Rakuten's own cross-border EC stores in China.
・Plan and execute merchandizing and procurement strategy for our own cross-border store outside of Japan
・Propose, discuss, and negotiate with client (supplier) on procurement and promotion tactics
・Manage supply chain for each client, including international logistics and inventory management
・Analyze and share the key trend of China cross-border market with client
【Minimum Qualifications】
・3 years+ experience in merchandising or procurement of consumer products
・Knowledge and interest in E-commerce industry
・Business level Japanese is required

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Committed to achievement in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
・Knowledge and experience in international logistics or inter-company transaction
・Business level Mandarin
