It's including 'on-site support' for executives and their secretaries.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality services as an express service staff member
  • Help improve the service of the Internal Helpdesk while working with other Helpdesk members
  • Through improving the productivity and quality of Helpdesk services we provide, you will contribute to improving the productivity of our group employees and expanding the company's business
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Be able to make appropriate and quick decisions on your own
  • More than 2 years' experience in an IT support role (HW, SW, Network, etc.)
  • High communication skill is appreciated

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundation certificate holder
