Overview:
A division which manages the quality of various services within EC company including Rakuten Ichiba.
Especially regarding the operation of shops in Rakuten Ichiba, we provide them an advice to prevent customer troubles and improve service quality. We also conduct monitoring, analysis of shop's operation and VOC, early detection of customer troubles and construction of mechanisms to prevent the troubles in advance. We are looking for peers who could be a candidate of leader or manager. Required skills are making a proposal and promotion by thinking about business development through quality control and improvement of Rakuten Ichiba.

Responsibilities:
· Operation to detect whether there is a problem between the user and shop
· Correspondence after trouble detection and instruction for improvement
· Build countermeasures to prevent problems
· Educational activities for trouble prevention
Minimum Qualifications:
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Not satisfied with the current situation, always seeking best practice, move actively
· Attitude of listening well with hospitality

English Requirement: Business Level
Japanese Requirement: Business Level
Additional Requirement: TOEIC 800+

Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience of communication with shop
· Work experience of operation improvement
· Vender management experience
· Data analysis experience
