 [Position overview] 

 

We are in charge of operations mainly focusing on new introduction, expansion and continuous improvement of cloud system currently operated by HR, Human Capital Management (HCM) / Application Tracking System (ATS).

In order to standardize HR related systems and to strengthen capabilities for Rakuten Group across the world, we collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside of the company

We welcome people who can build together from installation to operation and support system, and who can lead system improvement and productivity improvement from the mid- to long-term perspective throughout Rakuten Group.

 


[Specific business content] 

1 System operation improvement 
- Collaboration with internal development department 
- Collaboration with system vendors 
- User support 
- Review new functions 
- Inquiry correspondence 

2 Company-wide implementation 
- Outline system description to group companies 
- Understand the operation of target organization and manage requirements 
- System configuration and BI report alignment 
- Collaborate with system vendors 
- Collaborate with internal project members in Japan and overseas 
- Collaborate with the Legal Department (Privacy Policy, NDA Revision etc.) 
- Data analysis (Impact investigation of setting change, GAP analysis, etc.) 
- Management of internal FAQ tools (organization of FAQ, offshoring, etc.) 

3 Other 
- Report creation / analysis 
- Data transition from legacy systems 
- Coordinate with other HR systems

 

Our group was established at the end of 2017 and since then rapidly expanded our resources and are working on above work.

Requirements
 ⁻Near native fluency in written and spoken Japanese is required for this position.
- 5+ years of work experience
- English environment work experience
- System implementation or Improvement project, consulting experience
- Japaneses: Business level

Additional Requirement
- Ability to understand information accurately
- Good communication skills, decision making and problem solving ability
- Excellent at building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders
- Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Visio Access)
- Work experience in related fields (operational design of HR department, human resources industry, IT industry, other systems)
