[Position overview]
In order to standardize recruitment systems and to strengthen recruitment capabilities for Rakuten Group across the world, we collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside of the company, such as HR for each country, development department, legal department, vendors, etc.

We are specifically looking for an individual to
 Manage the global recruiting ATS (Application Tracking System)
 Manage implementation and ongoing review of the project as a whole
 Build system support operations after implementation, promoting usage and ongoing improvement
 Standardise and improve Rakuten group recruitment process activities for mid and long-term

[Specific business content]

【1】 System operation improvement
- Update candidate data
- User account management
- Requirement management for system setting changes
- Collaboration with internal development department
- Collaboration with system vendors
- User support
- Updated user manual
- Review new functions
- Inquiry correspondence

【2】 Company-wide implementation
- Outline system description to group companies
- Understand the operation of target organization and manage requirements
- System configuration and BI report alignment
- Collaborate with system vendors
- Collaborate with internal project members in Japan and overseas
- Collaborate with the Legal Department (Privacy Policy, NDA Revision etc.)
- Data analysis (Impact investigation of setting change, GAP analysis, etc.)
- Management of internal FAQ tools (organization of FAQ, offshoring, etc.)

【3】 Other
- Report creation / analysis
- Data transition from legacy systems
- Coordinate with other HR systems

[Requirements]
- 3 + years of work experience
- Work experience in related fields (operational design of HR department, human resources industry, IT industry, other systems)
- English business level or above
- Japanese Fluent

【Additional Requirement】
- Ability to understand information accurately
- Good communication skills, decision making and problem solving ability
- Excellent at building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders
- Work experience in related fields (Agency, HR, IT industry, etc)
- Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Visio Access)
