Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee recruitment, hiring and training process for RMI shops・・・Develop and implement recruitment and hiring initiatives based on hiring needs. Design job ads to attract qualified candidates for RMI shops. Plan compensation and incentive packages to increase retention. Track key recruiting metrics such as cost-per-hire and source of hire. Develop training & development initiatives aligned with the overall RMI HR strategy. Design and prepare educational aids and materials. Enhance job satisfaction by organizing conventions and team building activities
  2.  Recruit employees of RMI shops (Direct Store and CES channels)・・・Prepare job descriptions, post ads and manage the hiring process for DS and CES in each region. Create and implement effective onboarding and training new hires. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace and to increase retention. Develop and implement recruit procedures with RMI HR.
  3. Train employees of RMI shops・・・Map out annual training plans for members of RMI shops. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. Support on-the-job-training for people working at RMI shops. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc. Assess the effectiveness of training on employee skills and KPIs and gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training.


Required Qualifications 

  1.  Proven working experience as HR Manager in the retail industry. HR development experience in strong retail brands
  2.  Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates for various seniority levels at a 1,000+ people company. Strong communication skills to share enthusiasm for MNO launch and RMI brand
  3.  Proven experience in human resource development including educational tool development and corporate training. Strong communication skills to share enthusiasm for MNO launch and RMI brand
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Good understanding of labor legislation including regulations about flexible types of employment.
    In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
