Understand the situation, background of the business and legal requirement and provide consultation to support business management. It is not required that you need to have knowledge or experience of all field of business administration. However, we are strongly looking for someone who has experice or knowledge in some of these fields and passionate to experiece and learn more. Mainly you will be working for Global business and you will often communicate with management team. You will experiece business administration tasks which directly connect to corporate management.

Main duties and responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Pland and take action of personnel policies
- Payroll
- Hirng for oversea offices
- Compliance (Plan, take action, enlightenment etc.)
- Process improvement support
- Privacy protection and information security
- Other risk management
 
■Human Resorces
・ Process payroll of each oversea entities and support smooth payment of remuneration
・ Support hiring of each oversea entities
・ Support office operatoin of oversea enitties including set-up and review office regulations and update or investigation of  legal requirement of each region
・ Supprt set-up and process of personnel policies such as revise of salary scheme, evaluation system or organization

■Internal control
・ Implementation of risk evaluation scheme and streamline operation

■Privacy management
・ Review terms of services and support decision making of each case

■Coporate Management support
・ Support corporate management by creating BCP or internal regulations

 

Qualifications:

 

・ Over 3 years working experience
・ Experience of use of Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、Powerpoint)at work
・ Japanese:Business Level, English:Business Level (TOEIC800+)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

・ Experience of HR administration
・ Internal control consulting experience
・ Project management
・ Knowledge of IT governance and information security
・ Understand the consulting of improvement of operation or efficiency
・ Accounting knowledge (bookkeeping)
・ Chinese skill (Reading, Writing)
