【Description】


Global Sports Business Department is operating Rakuten's NBA VOD service ""NBA Rakuten"", where users can enjoy various types of NBA content not only games but also original movies, news and etc.

We are looking for people who can operate or manage the customer support group as a Customer Support Manager.      




【Position Summary/Responsibilities】

・Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint               

・Manage large amounts of incoming complaints by controling subcontractors

・Manage and maintain Live chat services and chat messages              

・Provide accurate, valid and complete reports daily, weekly, monthly           

・Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing VOC(Voice of Customer)            

・Test various types of device (PC, Smartphone, Tablet, TV, Game) 

【Minimum Qualifications】


・Minimum 2 year working experience in customer support         

・Working in shifts (work weekends or on holidays 2-3 days per month )          

・Basic knowledge of analysis by using Excel or other tools             

・Japanese:Conversational Level

・Japanese resume   

                

【Preferred Qualifications】


・Adjustment and negotiation skills            

・Computer Skills (CRM, FAQ tool)               

・Analysis skills               

・Ability to Work Under Pressure
