Job Description

In order to empower the world and society, Rakuten must continueously innovate, and its mission is to support the promotion of the mental and physical health of Rakuten employees. Under Chief Well-Being Officer, who newly appointed in 2019, we will provide value to all Rakuten employees working in Japan and overseas, including the head office of Rakuten Crimson House. 

For this reason, you will be responsible for organizing and strengthening "wellness department," planning and managing the health of employees throughout the Rakuten Group, and supporting the creation of an environment where employees can work comfortably. You also have to deal with various project managements including collaboration work with human resources, general affairs, and business departments and resource management of major projects.



・Planning and promotion of operations and various projects related to the Rakuten Group's health management

・ Various plans and contents production related to the mental and physical health of Rakuten Group employees

・Strengthening the wellness department, recruiting new members and educating members to provide such values

・Advising and supporting health management for management, disseminating information outside the company, and improving branding

Required Qualifications 
・Experience in domestic and overseas HR / HR consulting, human resource development, and human resource research departments or work experience related to health management
・Business skills such as ownership, logical thinking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
・Excel (level at which basic functions can be used), Power Point (level at which important internal meeting materials can be created in English)
・TOEIC 800 or higher, general English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications 
・Experience in project management (planning, execution and operation) across the company in a global company
・Experience of organizing results by leading a small number of teams as the head of the organization and giving instructions and guidance to subordinate members
・Ability to proactively define issues, consider solutions, and make proposals beyond their assigned roles
・Specific qualifications, skills, and experiences related to health promotion
