Job Description

Specific Job Description
You will lead efforts in improving engagement between the organization and employees of Rakuten Co., Ltd. in one of, or several of the following respects.
・Creating and executing specific plans for engagement between the employees and the organization
・Creating teams and managing members to accomplish the above
・Bridging and strengthening relationships between both our domestic and foreign organizations
・Creating a global corporate culture, developing and progressing training content, and facilitation
・Forming a research team for developing next-generational culture and organizations, executing research activity design, and broadcasting results both internally and externally
Necessary Skills and Experience
・Experience with HR (training, organizational development, fostering ideals, diversity, etc.) or  corporate planning (organizational/HR strategies) in international business
Alternatively, experience with HR consulting, personnel training services, or personal research either domestically or abroad
・Observational skills with relation to organization and personal, and the ability to discover and solve problems therein
・Ownership, critical thinking skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
・Excel (can work with basic functions), Power Point (can create English materials for important internal meetings)
・At least 800 points in TOEIC, can communicate at a business level in English

Welcomed Skills and Experience
・Experience with all inclusive, cross-sectional project management in global business (planning, execution/operation)
・Experience leading a small team of professionals, and producing organization-wide results through direction and leadership
・The ability to go above your given position to proactively define issues, and consider and propose solutions
・Experience in improving HR/personnel training systems through continued implementation of the PDCA cycle
