■ Background
Since 2019, we have launched "Rakuten Fashion" Strategy to strengthen the fashion business, and promoted stronger relationships with major apparel brands and select shops. Also, we worked on significant UI / UX improvements in collaboration with fashion industry expert team.
So, we are looking for personnel who will lead the maximization of sales for each brand as the company account manager.

■ Mission
Propose and provide solutions that make full use of the Rakuten Group's asset & resources to major domestic apparel brands and major select shops, mainly with Rakuten Fashion customers, to build long-term trust and expand sales of each brand Will be realized.

■ Detail
As the person in charge of account manager, you will analyze the sales trends of the entire market and Rakuten and the status of the brand in charge, make a sales plan for the brand, obtain agreement from the each company, and execute the sales plan.

・ Strategic planning and execution of the sales plan of the Brand of Key account company as a in charge of “Rakuten Fashion” 
・ Expand the product lineup of Brands of key account companies in charge of “Rakuten Fashion” 
(proposal of measures for the company and execution of negotiations)
・ Analysis and verification of the results of various measures, drafting of improvement plans, proposal to the responsible company and execution
・ Examine and execute strategies for maximizing sales of the responsible company
・ Various analysis of the company / brand in charge (sales / customer analysis)
-Share information and requests obtained from the company in charge with relevant departments & sections in Rakuten, and 'Always improve and Apways advance' for the growth of "Rakuten Fashion".

■ Recruitment position

Minimum  Qualifications:
・Experience of sales
・Experienced of management
・Good communicator / Good negotiator
・Logical thinking
・Problem solving skills
・Basic knowledge of e-commerce
・TOEIC 800 points or more

Preferred Experience :
・Experience of sales for BtoB sales
・Experience of e-commerce business
・Experience in Fashion industry
