Rakuten Mobile is the MVNO service using LTE network provided by NTT docomo and operated by Rakuten group. The service launched at the end of October, 2014.

Based on our statement "Better Mobile Experience, The Best Quality Life.", we manage several projects such as planning new services, making price plan, and improve existing services.
We want new members to provide more valuable services and price plan for consumers by capturing customer needs, market trends, and competitors and by communication with external/internal partners.
As the market is quite speedy and our business is just 2-year-old, we need various working area and quick execution. We welcome people who want to provide valuable service to customers by your own strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge Management (Creation, Maintenance, Deployment)
  • Knowledge Tool Maintenance
  • Analysis and Strategy planning for improving customer satisfaction
  • Project management to execute the strategy
  • Planning and deploy the service strategy to improve service quality.



Required Qualifications
  • Experience of knowledge management
  • Strategic thinking, Planning and direction skills considering priority
  • Strong communication skills to promote the project by involving internal and external stake holders
  • Proactively lead the project by adapting to environment changes and proposing improvement plans
  • Flexible idea generation not limited to your own assigned area nor authority
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience to maintenance of Chat Bot, other AI tools
  • Ability to catch up the speed of Rakuten Mobile
