We are looking for a person who is capable of managing Customer Support, solving strategic issues including customer value creation, improvement of existing services, and efficiency improvement of operations for C2C business (Rakuma), one of the most growing businesses in Rakuten group.

Job Description:
Take responsibility for the folllowing items
■Maintain a secure platform through fraud monitoring
■Perform PDCA cycling to work flow of fraud monitoring business to improve quality
■Operator management

Minimum  Qualifications:
 - CS experience 3+ years
 - Management experience
 - Quantitative analysis and management using Excel etc.
 - TOEIC 600+

Preferred Qualifications:
 - Problem solving thinking, Logical thinking, Hypothesis thinking, Structured thinking
 - Documentation skills, Presentation skills, Quantitative analysis skills
